Our Victorian division is making headways to becoming a dominant player in the landscape services sector in greater Melbourne.
This year alone the business has secured contracts with leading Facility Management clients including BGIS, Spotless CityFM and Knight FM.
We are providing grounds maintenance and horticulture service at St Patrick’s Cathedral & Catholic Archdiocese sites in Melbourne CBD for BGIS, with the services designed to upkeep the grounds and mitigate risk while enhancing aesthetics in keeping with the heritage sites.
Spotless awarded Marsupial the contract to manage CLS sites at Broadmeadows, Parkville and Woodend. Leaders in biopharmaceuticals, CSL manufactured over 85 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine in response to the global pandemic. Marsupial are ensuring the grounds are kept neat and beautiful so CLS can continue doing important work in healthcare.
Marsupial were awarded a multi-territory Contract with CityFM to manage grounds at Goodstart Early Learning centres, and Bunnings and Coles stores across Victoria, New South Wales & Queensland. Our teams are responsible for ensuring the landscapes surrounding at the centres and stores are kept clean and safe for staff, customers and visitors, so operations can continue to run smoothly.
In other contracts, we are now working with Knight FM delivering landscape maintenance at the head office for Mondelēz – one of the largest food manufacturers in Australia with a portfolio of iconic brands including Cadbury.
On each Contract, our services are delivered using our 5 Lenses Approach – a strategy developed to ensure sites are managed consistently to optimum performance; addressing asset deterioration, mitigating risks and hazards, and extending the life of the landscapes. From transition through to handover, our sites are managed to provide value to clients, communities and asset users while protecting the environment.
