Stockland and AVEO residents respond positively to Marsupial’s services

Marsupial is delighted to have commenced a new contract for Stockland at Lourdes Retirement Village on Sydney’s North Shore. Even better was to receive positive feedback from the community within the first few weeks of transitioning onto the Contract:

“Wherever you turn, you can already see the pride, passion and knowledge of our new Head Gardener Jimmy and Apprentice Darleen have put into our gardens. What an impact in just a few short weeks.”  – Village Voice newsletter, Lourdes Retirement Village

Further north, Marsupial’s Newcastle division received similar feedback from residents at AVEO Newcastle:

“I returned home on late Tuesday afternoon and couldn’t help but notice how lovely the grounds were looking as I drove into the Village. I had noticed earlier what a good job the new team were doing especially in the trimming of the edges (they have never looked so neat) and trimming around other portals inserted in lawn areas as well as the lawns themselves.

The current team are visible and working hard. They are certainly doing all they can. Well done to Marsupial.”  –AVEO Newcastle resident

“I wish to pass on to your staff at Aveo Newcastle how beautiful are our grounds look. The boys have at long last been able to catch up with mulching, mowing. Absolute credit to them.

Chris and the boys have worked under a lot of pressure with difficult residents, the village looks amazing. Thank You.” – Facebook post to Marsupial from AVEO Newcastle resident

Marsupial’s experienced teams work hard to build relationships with staff, residents and families through their dedication to the horticulture and open space. They take pride in providing beautiful aesthetics for staff and residents, and engaging with them in the care of their open space.

Aged care residents should feel proud of their surroundings and reap the benefits from well managed landscapes, such as improved health and wellbeing, and a sense of place and belonging. That’s something we feel strongly about and are proud to contribute to.” – Gavin Meharg, General Manager, Marsupial Landscape Management
