The Royal Collage of Pathologists of Australia (RCPA) engaged Marsupial Landscape Management to provide landscape maintenance at their historical Surry Hills head office grounds.

Drawing on experience in maintaining historical buildings, the Marsupial team upkeeps the site whilst ensuring aesthetics are protected and nurtured for growth.

This scope requires a detailed understanding of RCPAs systems and processes to ensure works are carried out safely and with minimal impact to their 24/7 operations.

Regular reporting and continual contact with stakeholders, including the public, visitors & site staff was maintained to effectively deliver ongoing value and drive environmental initiatives.
