Maintaining Coles Express Sites in Queensland

Marsupial Landscape Management provides comprehensive grounds maintenance at Coles Express, managing 139 sites across Queensland. Working with our service delivery partners, each site is visited fortnightly to ensure it remains safe, clean, and welcoming for customers and staff.

Bringing our extensive experience in managing large contracts and high visitation sites ensures a high level of presentation that aligns with the Coles Express brand. Our scheduled maintenance program includes:

  • Mowing and edging to keep grass areas tidy and well-maintained.
  • Control of weeds to maintain the appearance and health of garden beds.
  • Pruning trees up to 2.4 meters high and maintaining hedges to ensure a neat look.
  • Levelling and reshaping mulch and garden beds quarterly to maintain their aesthetic and functional integrity.
  • Routine collection of litter to keep the premises clean and inviting.
  • Ensuring that hard surfaces are free of debris and presentable.
  • Regular cleaning of drains and grates to prevent blockages and water accumulation.

Early hazard detection and proactive management are essential to our service delivery. Our team responds promptly to reactive requests, such as managing trees after inclement weather, replenishing mulch and replanting garden beds, to keep the sites safe and landscape assets protected.

Marsupial staff are accredited by the Workplace Clearance Group (WPCG) and have completed the Coles Group General Contractor Induction. They sign in online before the start of each service and submit an online Site Report upon completion, ensuring accountability and compliance with safety protocols.

Marsupial Landscape Management is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of safety and presentation at the Coles Express sites.
