Lachlan’s Line is a horticulturally-rich residential community situated between North Ryde and Macquarie Park Stations on Sydney’s North Shore.

The former industrial site was transformed into an accessible and connected public precinct with residential and retail space. The development hosts over 18,000m2 of public open space including a central park with all abilities playground and learn-to-skate park, pocket parks, rooftop gardens, and regenerated bushland.

Marsupial was initially contracted by Landcom to manage the landscapes and horticulture assets and deliver minor construction project delivery before transitioning to a City of Ryde contract when the site was handed over to Council.
